What products do you offer?

We have an expansive network of wholesalers, boutique shops, printers, designers, and embroiderers. By bringing all their resources to one place, we can offer an expansive array of options and services. Whatever you need, whatever the vision, whatever the project, we’ll get it done.

Can you create an online store for customers or employees to purchase from?

We can build an e-commerce store to host your products, allow for transactions, and fulfill those orders without any down payment or upkeep on your end.

How do I order?

Fill out our intake form and expect to be contact by a Tailored NYC representative in 1-2 business days. They will be your primary point of contact for the entire lifetime of your order, starting from design and ending with delivery.

Do you offer sustainable options?

Absolutely. We are happy to tailor our supply to your brand's mission and values.

Are there minimums? Maximums?

Our goal is to foster long term partnerships with our clients. Our minimum is 24 pieces, but we are happy to work with you and your needs. We have no maximum and are capable of producing thousands of units with little to no effect on timeline.

What is your turnaround time?

We have a standard production time of 7-10 business days from the day of payment but can work on your schedule if needed.

Can I supply my own artwork files?

Of course. We can print or embroider using .png, .jpeg, and .ai files.

Do you keep art on file?

Yes! We keep any and all logos / art files you send us so that ordering again in the future is simple and efficient.
